Cooking class with a team of Italian experts
If you are interested, we can make a tailor-made offer. We work together with local people, who are most willing to reveal their kitchen secrets and recipes to you.
To give you a rough idea of the possibilities: we can invite pasta mama's from the village, who will teach you how to make your own pasta, the local butcher can show you how to make a real porchetta, the local ice maker invites you to help him preparing his heavenly ice, we may visit a small cheese producer, who shows you how his peccorino is made. There are plenty of wine producers who are most willing to let you taste their wines. In September the grapes will be harvested, in October/November the olives. You are more than welcome to help harvesting; hand picking is a very relaxing activity. Besides it is a perfect opportunity to taste the olive oil, the so called 'gold of Umbria'.
